Inside The Bond Between Toyin Saraki & Orji Kalu

Unknown to many, the former Governor of Abia state Orji Uzor Kalu, and Toyin, the wife of immediate past Senate President Bukola Saraki share a special bond.

SocietyNow.Ng gathered that the bond has roots in the well-being and upbringing of the former Governor’s daughter, Neya.

“Toyin Saraki played a key role in Neya’s upbringing and her conduct during the period remains a reference point of wonderful care for a growing child” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.

The details available have it that when Neya who couldn’t speak English needed to relocate from France to America to continue her schooling, it was to the Sarakis that the former Governor turned to, and they “came through”.

“The Saraki’s sheltered her in America and Toyin played such a motherly role that some still say she trained Neya” SocietyNow.Ng gathered.

SocietyNow.Ng gathered that since then till now, the bond between the Sarakis and Kalus remains solid despite political fortunes putting them in different parties.

Orji Kalu as the Senator representing Abia North Senatorial district is a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) while Saraki is one of the national faces of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
