President Joe Biden left in stun after he was allegedly given just one pen to sign bills where as during Obama administration he was given 7 pen to sign bills.
In his words, ” I wonder why they always do this when is my turn to sign bills, they always give me one pen to sign bills, but I watched Obama given 7 to 9 pens to sign bills.
