All these substances present in them can cause diabetes, high blood pressure and even stroke. These group of drinks also contain empty calories hence reduce your intake of it as you age.
Once you clock 40 years of age, it is advisable you reduce your intake of alcohol to the bearest minimum because your organs can no longet handle too much pressure at this point.
